PRICING STRUCTURE POLICY

CONSULTATIONS

All individuals seeking cosmetic surgery at Norwest Cosmetic Surgery must obtain a GP referral prior to booking in appointment. The referring medical practitioner must be independent from Norwest Cosmetic Surgery Clinic and should not engage in cosmetic surgery or non-surgical cosmetic procedures themselves.

For patients seeking cosmetic surgery, a minimum of two consultations is mandatory before confirming a surgery date. During these consultations, Dr Senthil Supramaniam will evaluate you for any underlying psychological conditions, such as body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), that may make you an unsuitable candidate for cosmetic surgery.

The cost for an initial surgical consultation is $280, which must be paid at the time of booking to secure your preferred appointment slot. Please note that the initial consultation fee is non-refundable, and rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice. The $280 booking fee covers both the first and second consultations and there may be a Medicare rebate. If you decide to proceed with the surgery within 12 months of receiving the quote, this consultation fee will be deducted from the total surgery cost.

The cost for a non-surgical consultation with one of our Doctors is $200, payable at the time of booking to secure your desired appointment time. Rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice; in the event of less than 48 hours of notice, cancellation fee will be applied. If you decide to proceed with the treatment on the day of, or within 6 months of the consultation, the fee will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.

QUOTES

At Norwest Cosmetic Surgery our surgical quotes are all inclusive, ensuring transparency and convenience for our patients. Our quotes are inclusive of the doctor's fee, hospital and anaesthesia services, implants (if necessary), Keller funnel (if required), compression garments (if needed), direct access to the doctor who performed the surgery, as well as post-operative appointments for dressing changes and follow-ups.

Quotes are exclusive of revision surgery costs.

Our non-surgical quotes are all inclusive, ensuring transparency and convenience for our patients. By providing these inclusive elements within our non-surgical quotes, we aim to streamline the process and ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care and support throughout their journey. These inclusive components consist of:

  • Doctors or Nurses fees

  • Cost of product & consumables

  • Direct contact with the doctor or nurse who performed your treatment

  • Post operative appointments including follow ups

Quotes are exclusive of revision & filler dissolving costs.

ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENTS

You can secure your surgery date 7 days after your second consultation. A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking your surgical date. The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to the scheduled surgery date.

To ensure a smooth and well-organised process, it is necessary for all accounts and fees to be settled no later than four weeks prior to your scheduled surgery. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe will regrettably result in the cancellation of your surgery.

Norwest Cosmetic Surgery Clinic accepts various payment methods, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer. We strongly advise all patients to assess their financial stability and ensure they are in good standing before proceeding with elective cosmetic surgery or non-surgical procedures.

Non surgical bookings must be be paid on the day of your treatment.

REFUND POLICY

The deposit that was made upon booking for surgery is non-refundable. If the surgery is cancelled four weeks prior to the scheduled date, a refund of 50% of the total amount paid will be granted. If the surgery is canceled two weeks prior to the scheduled date, refunds will be at the discretion of Norwest Cosmetic Surgery Clinic. For machine treatments, (ie Morpheus8, Forma, MiniFx, Bodytite, LED, EvolveX) cancellations made less than 48 hours of treatment slot will incur a $200 fee. Norwest Cosmetic Surgery has a strict ‘no refund’ policy on prepaid treatment packages for change of mind reasons, in the event that your circumstances change, or in the event that you choose to discontinue treatments.
